♡ for you ♡

you are important

i hope you're having a good day. you deserve it! if you're not having a good day, that's okay too. no one is happy all the time. everyone has bad days. either way, i have a few things for you below.

watch this if you need motivation:

make sure to stay hydrated and eat a good meal if you can. take care of yourself! even if you can't get yourself to do more than drink a cup of water, that's something! every achievement counts. celebrate the small victories, no matter how inconsequential they may seem.

watch this if you're sad:

try to smile. i know it can be hard, but you deserve to smile. do something you enjoy. watch your favorite show, eat your favorite snack, text your best friend, etc. do anything that will bring you happiness. if you have to take some time for yourself, that's okay! self-care is important! do what you need to do to be happy.

watch this if you need support:

i'm so proud of you. even if it seems like you haven't done much, just living is hard. i'm proud of you for living. i'm proud of you for fighting through your struggles. if i could, i would give you a congratulatory pat on the head. whatever it is that you're dealing with, it will pass. it may not go away on it's own. you may have to fight your butt off to get through it, but you will get through it. don't give up on yourself. you're capable of more than you know.
